Cleveland, OH native"Chrnc" BKR, continues to take the music scene by storm through his entrepreneurial work ethic and self-driven spirit. Chrnc, who is the founder and CEO of Black Kush Records & Black Kush Radio started his career in the music industry in 2006. Since then, Chrnc has produced and recorded for some of the most respected artists in the mid-west market, along with organizing tours and A&R marketing conferences. Chrnc is recognized for wearing many hats in the fast paced world of music. Aside from the aforementioned, Chrnc is also a music engineer, A&R, promoter and venue booker along with assisting artists in marketing in which he specializes in brand management. Black Kush Records music label. When asked how he continues to climb to success at such a rapid pace, Chrnc's response was, "I believe the key to success is having a strong sense of focus and direction. I work hard, remain consistent and use great money management skills. I am very passionate about everything I do which makes it easy for me to keep going
